I think the place can be good enough for a traveler who is on the budget. It is located right in the famous Ayala Mall and some other popular destinations. Whenever I do travel, I am not that choosy with the place to stay for as long as it is clean and comfortable, never mind the luxuries.

Thanks for sharing this accomodation with us. I'm still not sure what sort of accomodation I'll be looking for in Cebu but this place certainly has character and looks nice and clean. I'll keep it in mind.

The pension house looks nice and clean.
And really nice to know that it is very near in a mall and other establishments. Whenever I travel, what important for me for a place to stay is it's safe, clean, comfortable enough and near establishments.

There's lots of budget options around that area now, Tune Hotel, Islands, Myra's Pension, Maanyag Pension so you got lots to choose from!

It is a very difficult for visitors to find a cheap and good accommodation. There are many other places but I think La Florentina Pension House is best for visitors.
